Begin Your 21-Day Ho’oponopono Healing Journey: A Day 1 Guide to profound emotional healing

Welcome to Your Ho'oponopono Healing Journey

Welcome, beautiful soul, to the first day of your transformative 21-day Ho'oponopono healing journey. I am Neeti Keswani, and from my heart to yours, I am so profoundly happy you are here. This ancient Hawaiian practice of emotional healing is a powerful gift you are giving yourself, a sacred commitment to clearing the emotional blocks that have held you back for far too long.

This Ho'oponopono healing journey is designed to help you reset the stagnant energy in the key areas of your life: your business, your relationships, your career, and your money. Wherever you feel resistance, stagnation, or pain, Ho'oponopono offers a path back to peace and flow. Are you ready to speak directly to your subconscious mind and your inner child? Are you ready to reconnect with the divine within you? Let’s begin this powerful process of clearing memories and returning to zero.

The Four Profound Phrases of Ho'oponopono

At the heart of this healing journey are four simple, yet immensely powerful statements. You may have heard them before, but their magic lies in their conscious, heartfelt application. These phrases are:

"I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you."

These words are the cornerstone of your Ho'oponopono practice. While they may seem simple, they hold a profound healing power that has been recognized for generations. This is not just a mantra; it is a conscious dialogue. It is a way of speaking directly to your subconscious mind, comforting your inner child, and communicating with the divine essence that resides within you. This is the foundation of your emotional healing.

Your First Practice: Connecting with Your Heart

Before we dive into the mechanics, let's connect with your intention. This entire Ho'oponopono healing journey begins with self-honesty.

  • Take out your journal.

  • Find a quiet space.

  • Ask yourself: "What do I truly want to heal?"

There is no need to overthink. Let your heart speak. For the next two minutes, just listen and write. What emotional blocks are you ready to release? What patterns in your relationshipscareer, or with money are you ready to clear? This first step is a crucial part of your healing journey.

Introducing Advanced Conversational Ho'oponopono

Now that you have identified an area for emotional healing, let's explore the powerful method we will use: Conversational Ho'oponopono. This advanced Ho'oponopono technique transforms the four phrases from a simple chant into a deep, cleansing conversation.

When we say, "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," we are not just reciting words to the universe. We are actively engaging in a process of clearing memories and emotional blocks within ourselves. We are cleansing the negative energies stored in our subconscious mind. This advanced Ho'oponopono practice is built on one non-negotiable foundation: taking 100% responsibility.

The Pillar of Healing: 100% Responsibility

The entire Ho'oponopono healing journey rests on the principle of 100% responsibility. This can be a challenging concept, but it is the key to your liberation. It means accepting that you are 100% responsible for everything in your reality—not to blame, but responsible for the perceptions, memories, and emotions you hold about your relationships, your career, and your money.

To begin, place your hand over your heart. This simple act aligns you with your inner self, your inner child, and the divine within. Feel the connection. Then, state your intention:

"I take 100% responsibility for whatever I am feeling right now regarding this situation."

By claiming 100% responsibility, you reclaim your power. You move from being a victim of circumstance to being the active healer of your own life. This is the first and most powerful step in this advanced Ho'oponopono process.

The Step-by-Step Framework for Conversational Ho'oponopono

Let's break down the structured approach to Conversational Ho'oponopono. This framework will guide you through a profound dialogue for emotional healing.

  1. Step One: 100% Responsibility
Begin by placing your hand on your heart and stating: "I take 100% responsibility for the [emotion] I am feeling about [situation]."

  2. Step Two: The Four Phrases with Reasons
Now, move through each of the four phrases, giving three heartfelt reasons for each. Remember, you are primarily speaking to the divine, to the higher power, asking it to cleanse these memories within you.

    • "I'm sorry..." (State three reasons why you are sorry for holding onto this emotion or memory.)

    • "Please forgive me..." (State three reasons, asking the divine to forgive you for carrying this burden.)

    • "Thank you..." (State three reasons for gratitude, thanking the divine for the cleansing and the lessons.)

    • "I love you..." (State three reasons, expressing love to the divine for this healing.)

This structured conversation is what makes this an advanced Ho'oponopono practice. It forces you to engage deeply with the emotion, facilitating a powerful release and clearing memories at their root.

Practical Session 1: Healing the Emotion of Anger

Let's put this advanced Ho'oponopono into practice. We'll start with a common emotional block: anger. Follow along, either reading aloud or speaking from your heart.

  • (Place your hand on your heart)

  • "I take 100% responsibility for the anger I am feeling towards this situation."

  • "I take 100% responsibility for this anger."

Now, let's begin the conversation:

  • I'm sorry...

    • "I'm sorry because I did not expect this to show up like this."

    • "I'm sorry because it erupts at any given point in time."

    • "I'm sorry because I never meant to feel it so much and for so long."

  • Please forgive me...

    • "Please forgive me, divine, for carrying this emotion for such a long time."

    • "Please forgive me, divine, for thinking that I can never get over it."

    • "Please forgive me, divine, for letting my anger show up in places where I didn't want it to show up."

  • Thank you...

    • "Thank you for cleansing this from me forever."

    • "Thank you for cleansing this from me."

    • "Thank you for cleansing this from me."

  • I love you...

    • "I love you, divine, for this healing."

    • "I love you for the peace that is returning."

    • "I love you for your endless grace."

Feel the shift. You may experience a sigh of relief, a sense of weight being lifted. This is Ho'oponopono at work, resetting your energy and bringing you back to peace.

Practical Session 2: Releasing Resentment

Now, let's apply this powerful emotional healing technique to another potent emotion: resentment. This is a prime example of an emotional block that can poison your relationships and hinder your career.

  • (Place your hand on your heart)

  • "I take 100% responsibility for this feeling of resentment."

Let the conversation flow:

  • I'm sorry, resentment...

    • "I'm sorry, resentment, for I've held you so long in my heart."

    • "I'm sorry for thinking that I can never get over this."

    • "I'm sorry for allowing you to color my world."

  • Please forgive me...

    • "Please forgive me for holding on to you for so long."

    • "Please forgive me for thinking that this was my only option."

    • "Please forgive me because you were just a memory I refused to release."

  • Thank you...

    • "I thank you, divine, for cleansing this resentment from me."

    • "Thank you for cleansing this emotion from my mind and body."

    • "Thank you for cleansing this feeling of resentment from me for now and forever."

  • I love you...

    • "I love you, divine."

    • "I love you for cleansing these emotions which no longer serve me."

    • "I love you for restoring my capacity for joy and connection."

Take a deep breath. Acknowledge the profound healing power of this simple practice. This Ho'oponopono healing journey is actively clearing memories that have limited you.

Practical Session 3: Healing Fear in Relationships

Let's now direct the immense power of Conversational Ho'oponopono towards a specific area of life: relationships. Often, the emotional blocks here are fear-based—fear of loss, abandonment, or not being enough.

  • (Place your hand on your heart)

  • "I take 100% responsibility for the feeling of fear in my relationships. I take 100% responsibility for this fear of loss."

Engage in your healing dialogue:

  • I'm sorry...

    • "I'm sorry because I have felt this fear so deeply."

    • "I'm sorry because it was never meant to be my constant companion."

    • "I'm sorry because it has created anxiety and distance."

  • Please forgive me...

    • "Please forgive me for feeling this fear for so long."

    • "Please forgive me for thinking I would be broken if a relationship ended."

    • "Please forgive me for not trusting the divine plan for my life."

  • Thank you...

    • "Thank you, divine, for helping me understand that there is more to the story."

    • "Thank you for showing me that I am only one part of a relationship dynamic."

    • "Thank you for aligning me with feelings of peace and self-sufficiency."

  • I love you...

    • "I love you, divine, for showing me that relationships are meant to be based on love, not fear."

    • "I love you for this cleansing, for this liberation."

    • "I love you for the healthy, loving connections you are now bringing into my life."

A Body Scan for Deep Emotional Healing

Emotional blocks are not just in the mind; they are stored in the body. As part of your Ho'oponopono healing journey, let's do a quick body scan.

  • Breathe in peace. Breathe out fear.

  • Gently turn your awareness inward. Where do you feel tension or discomfort? Is it in your chest? Your stomach? Your throat?

  • This is where your fear, your anger, your resentment is hiding.

  • Send the four phrases to that part of your body: "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

  • Feel your body soften. Feel the energy release. Let the tightness unravel, replaced by the peace of the divine.

Integrating Ho'oponopono into Your Daily Life

Your healing journey does not end with this session. The true profound healing power of Ho'oponopono is realized through consistent practice. Use this framework for any area of your life:

  • For your Career: "I take 100% responsibility for the stagnation I feel in my career..."

  • For your Money: "I take 100% responsibility for the blocks I have around receiving money..."

  • For your Business: "I take 100% responsibility for the fear of success in my business..."

One phrase, one breath, one day at a time. This is the rhythm of your Ho'oponopono healing journey.

Closing Gratitude and Your Journey Forward

As we conclude Day 1, place your hand on your heart once more. Feel a deep sense of gratitude for showing up for yourself today. You have engaged in deep emotional healing with just four simple, powerful words. You have begun the process of clearing memories and speaking lovingly to your subconscious mind and inner child. You have returned to peace.

Before we meet for Day 2, I invite you to spend more time with your journal. Keep asking, "What do I want to heal?" Let your heart continue its conversation. There is no need to force or fix anything. Just show up with gentleness and the intention for emotional healing.

Remember, this Ho'oponopono healing journey is your path to freedom—freedom in your relationships, your career, your business, and your money. It is your sacred dialogue with the divine.

Thank you for your courageous heart. I am so honored to be on this healing journey with you.

See you tomorrow for Day 2.

With love and gratitude,

Neeti Keswani

Day 1: Advanced Ho'oponopono Healing Journey - Transcript

Host: Neeti Keswani
Guest: Malita

[Introductory Music and Laughter]

Neeti Keswani: Welcome to day one of your 21-day Ho'oponopono healing journey. I'm Neeti Keswani, and I'm so happy that you're here.

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing practice that helps you clear emotional blocks—the ones that have been a block in terms of your business, your relationships, your career, and your money. Ho'oponopono helps you reset the energy that is stuck in these areas, wherever you are feeling the resistance.

It's built around four simple yet powerful techniques, which we have already talked about in our webinar. The four profound statements are:

"I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you."

Now, these words may seem simple, but they hold profound healing power. They are a way of speaking to your subconscious, to your inner child, to the divine within you.

So, take a few quiet minutes, sit with your journal, and understand: what do you really want to heal? There is no need to overthink. Just let your heart speak. I'll give you 2 minutes to understand that and keep it in your journal. What are you going to work on today?

[2-Minute Pause with Soft Music]

Neeti Keswani: Okay. So, you must have found out the things that are bothering you for now. You must have made a quick note of those things, right? Okay.

Now, let's understand what Conversational Ho'oponopono is, the advanced Ho'oponopono session. It is something that we do in a conversation. When we say "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," I am just saying those to myself because I want to cleanse the emotions within me, right?

So, when I am saying "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," I am sort of cleansing these negative emotions within me. But I start this practice by taking 100% responsibility.

When we put our hands on our hearts, we are basically aligning with our inner selves. I will get into the details for it in the later videos, but right now, when we start advanced or conversational Ho'oponopono, we are going to start off by putting our hands on our heart, and we're going to say that:

"I am taking 100% responsibility for whatever I'm feeling right now regarding this situation or this particular emotion."

And then you will say "I'm sorry," and you will give yourself three reasons for it. Why are you sorry? Don't think too much, because you're not saying sorry to the person or the thing that has cropped up. You're saying it to the divine. Let's put all our prayers to the divine only. That faith, that feeling that you have towards that higher power.

Okay, so let's break it down:

  • Step one: You take 100% responsibility for whatever you're feeling.

  • Step two: You say that you feel sorry and you give three reasons for it.

  • Step three: You say, in a flow, for every statement: "I'm sorry" (three reasons), "Please forgive me" (three reasons), "Thank you" (three reasons why you're feeling good), and "I love you" (three reasons).

Right now, this is the basics—the theory of advanced Ho'oponopono. Since this is day one, I want to give you a practical session. Let's do a practical session of how you're going to incorporate this advanced Ho'oponopono.

Okay. As we begin this journey, please bring out your notebook. You don't need to fix anything or force anything to show up. Just feel whatever is coming up, whatever is growing inside you, and then just do one phrase, one breath, one day at a time. Okay?

Say the four phrases slowly and be gentle with yourself.

Before we begin today's healing session, let's take a moment to offer heartfelt gratitude towards all our mentors. Say your thanks silently.

"I invite you now to help me in this new journey. I thank you so much, all my mentors, all my teachers, all my guides, seen and unseen, who have supported my healing journey and the journey ahead."

Let that gratitude flow from your heart. Just whisper softly or in your mind: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Right now, we begin our sacred Ho'oponopono healing chanting. You can speak it, whisper it, or feel it deeply as I'm going to take you through a few chants. Okay? Let the music guide you into your own rhythm.

[Healing Music Begins]

Neeti Keswani: Let's do it from the beginning.

"I take 100% responsibility of this situation that I'm feeling."

Now, in this situation, you're going to place the emotion that you're feeling. Okay? For this example, let's use anger.

"I take 100% responsibility for the anger that I'm feeling towards this situation."
"I take 100% responsibility for this anger, for this situation."

"I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you."

[Music Continues]

Neeti Keswani:
"I'm sorry because I did not expect it to show up like this.
I'm sorry because it erupts at any given point of time.
I'm sorry because I never meant to feel it so much and for so long.

Please forgive me, divine, for carrying this emotion for such a long time.
Please forgive me, divine, for thinking that I can never get over it.
Please forgive me, divine, for letting my anger show up in places where I didn't want it to show up.

Thank you for cleansing this from me forever.
Thank you for cleansing this from me.
Thank you for cleansing this from me."

[Music]

Neeti Keswani: Now, as you feel deeply, you're going to feel a sigh of relief, and you just say "I love you" to the divine. As you say it, you're going to feel as if some weight has lifted from you because this is what Ho'oponopono does. You feel that healing emotional charge lift up from the situation that is triggering you—this hurt, this resentment.

Okay, so now let's do 11 rounds of this healing. I have covered the basics for you right now in terms of anger. Now let's do it for another thing. Let's do it for resentment.

Quietly ask yourself, how intense is this emotion of resentment for you right now? On a scale of 1 to 10? This is just an example; you should replace this with your own emotion. But for our understanding, let's use "resentment."

Let's begin cleaning this memory together.

"To that emotion of resentment...
To that memory of resentment...

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you."

Neeti Keswani: Now, let's go deeper:

"I'm sorry, resentment, I've held you so long in my heart.
Please forgive me for holding it for so long in my heart.
I'm sorry, resentment, for thinking that I can never get over this.
Please forgive me for thinking like that.
Please forgive me because you were just telling me that I'm pointed at the wrong thing.
Please forgive me because this was just meant to pass.

I thank you, divine, for cleansing this thing from me.
I thank you, divine, for cleansing this emotion from me.
I thank you, divine, for cleansing this feeling of resentment from me for now and forever.

I love you, divine.
I love you, divine, for cleansing these emotions in me.
I love you, divine, for cleansing these emotions for me.
I love you, divine, for cleansing these emotions from me which are not serving me anymore."

Take a deep breath.
Feeling better?

[Music]

Neeti Keswani: All right. Now we will get on to another aspect of advanced Ho'oponopono. You can do it for various aspects of your life: your health, your career, your relationships, your money. We've covered anger and resentment in general. Now, let's focus on a specific area: relationships.

When you think of your relationships, what negative feeling comes up for you? Is it fear? Is it lack? Is it anger? For this example, I'm going to do it with fear—fear of losing.

Let's start this healing again.

"I take 100% responsibility for the way I feel about this emotion of fear. Fear of losing. Fear of loss. Whatever this fear is, I take 100% responsibility."

(Your hand should be on your heart during this prayer.)

"I take 100% responsibility for the feeling of fear in relationships.

I'm sorry.
I'm sorry because I felt this fear.
I'm sorry because it was never meant to be.
I'm sorry because it gave me lots of anxiety.

Please forgive me for feeling this fear for so long.
Please forgive me for thinking that I will be in such a bad shape if this does not work out.
Please forgive me for thinking that this is the end of it all.

I thank you, divine, for making me understand that there is more to the story.
I thank you, divine, for making me understand that it is just not me in this relationship; there is this other person who also has to be aligned.
Therefore, I don't have anything to fear because I am aligned to my feelings of peace."

[Music]

Neeti Keswani:
"Now, I am aligned to this feeling of peace, to this feeling of love, to this feeling of extreme happiness.

Please forgive me for feeling this fear for so long in this relationship.
Please forgive me for not letting this fear go.
Please forgive me for this feeling.

I love you, divine, because you are showcasing to me that relationships are not meant to be like this.
I ask for forgiveness in this case, and I thank you for cleansing this emotion from me forever."

[Music]

Neeti Keswani: Think about it for some time. Breathe in peace. Breathe out this feeling of fear. Let the world outside fade away. Gently turn inward.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Gently bring your awareness to any tensions, any discomfort in your body. Where is this fear hiding in your body?

Say "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you" to that part of your body.

Feel your body soften as the energy begins to release from that part.

[Music]

Neeti Keswani: Let the tightness unravel. Let it show you the feeling of peace, the feeling of fearlessness, the feeling of being in the presence of the divine.

"Now whenever I feel fear—fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of not being enough—then I know you are with me, divine.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you."

Now, breathe deeply and say these four phrases one more time for your body, for your career, your finances, your relationships.

I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

(Repeated several times)

[Music Fades]

Neeti Keswani: Place your hand on your heart. Feel gratitude for showing up today. You've done deep emotional clearing with just those four simple, powerful words. And now with that, you've returned to peace.

Thank you for your presence.

Feel the stillness now. This is the way of being in connection with the divine within you. This is the way you're speaking to your subconscious, your inner child, and even the divine within you.

So, before I end this session, I wish to know from you—in your emails to us, in your comments on the YouTube channel—tell us how you felt about this session.

I'll see you in the next session. But before I go, I want you to do one step. There's a way of speaking to your subconscious, like I told you. Take a few minutes today, after two hours, sit with your journal and ask yourself: "What do I want to heal?" There is no need to overthink. Let your heart speak to you, and you will come up with loads of things that might start rushing in.

As we begin this journey together, remember: you don't need to fix anything or force anything. Just show up, one phrase at a time, one breath at a time, one day at a time. Okay? And when you say you want to heal something, be gentle with yourself.

See you tomorrow for day two, where we deep dive into other aspects of advanced Ho'oponopono.
