Unlock Abundance and Manifest a Radiant 2025: A Guided Ho’oponopono Prayer to Break Free from Deep-Seated Money Blockages

Unblock Your Wealth: A Ho’oponopono Prayer for Financial Flow

How To Use Ho'oponopono: How to Attract Wealth & Money | Pono Pono Prayer Video Live

Feeling Broke No Matter What You Earn? This Ancient Hawaiian Prayer Can Heal Your Money Story.

Have you ever felt that frustrating cycle? You work hard, you earn a decent living, but the money just… vanishes. Bills, unexpected expenses, and that lingering feeling that there’s an invisible wall between you and true financial ease.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, too. That sinking feeling of financial insecurity, the whispers in your mind saying, "Money doesn't come easily to me," or "I'm just not lucky with finances."

I want to share with you the secret that changed everything for me—a deeply personal and powerful practice from Hawaii called Ho’oponopono.

Money is Energy. And Your Relationship With It Can Be Healed. 🌊

My own breakthrough came during a conversation with a wise elder. Seeing my struggle, she shared a truth that rewired my brain: “Child, money is energy. It’s not your enemy… it’s waiting for your love.”

We sat together, and she introduced me to the four sacred phrases of Ho’oponopono, but with a profound twist: we directed them at money itself.

“I’m sorry, Money. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”

At first, it felt strange, even silly. But as we continued, something shifted. The heavy guilt from past financial mistakes began to dissolve. The constant fear of lack started to fade. I had a stunning realization: Money wasn't avoiding me; I was pushing it away. It was simply waiting for an invitation to flow.

Why Talking to Your Money Actually Works 🌟

Ho’oponopono isn't a "get rich quick" scheme. It’s a "get clear deep down" practice.

We all carry hidden money blocks—negative beliefs picked up from childhood, society, and our own past failures. Thoughts like "I'm not worthy of wealth," "There's never enough," or "Money is the root of all evil" create energetic clutter that stifles financial flow.

This practice works by gently clearing that clutter. It’s not about forcing abundance to come to you; it’s about removing the inner barriers that push it away.

When you forgive yourself for past money struggles and send love toward the energy of money, you create a magnetic space for abundance to enter—naturally and peacefully.

Let's Clear Your Money Blocks Together 💫

Are you ready to try? Right where you are, take a gentle, deep breath. Place a hand on your heart and repeat these words with me, either silently or aloud:

I’m sorry, Money.
(For any resentment, fear, or negativity I've held toward you.)

Please forgive me.
(For pushing you away and blaming you for my stress.)

Thank you.
(For the lessons, for the flow, and for all you provide.)

I love you.
(I welcome you with an open and grateful heart.)

Feel that? That slight shift, a softening in your chest, a sense of release? That’s the door opening.

Deepen the Healing with a Guided Money Meditation

Repeating these phrases is a powerful start. But to truly dissolve the deep-rooted blocks that live in your subconscious, a guided experience can be transformative.

That’s why I created a gentle Ho’oponopono Money Meditation. Think of it as a soul-cleansing ritual for your finances. This isn't a lecture; it's a healing journey where I guide you with loving words and calming energy to help you:

  • Release deep-seated beliefs of unworthiness and scarcity.

  • Transform your relationship with money from stressful to grateful.

  • Open the channels for financial opportunities and clarity to flow in.

All you need to do is plug in your headphones, close your eyes, and allow the words to do their work.

The more you practice, the more profound the shift. You’ll begin to feel lighter, freer, and more open to receive than you ever thought possible.

Be patient and kind with yourself. You are not just building wealth; you are healing a relationship. And that is the most valuable investment you can ever make.

Introduction: Healing Your Relationship with Wealth

Understanding Money Blocks: What Are They?

Money blocks are subconscious beliefs or emotional patterns that resist the flow of wealth. Examples include:

  • “I don’t deserve abundance.”

  • “Money changes people.”

  • “Spiritual people shouldn’t care about money.”

These beliefs often stem from childhood, trauma, or even ancestral lineage. Entrepreneurs may delay launching offers, undercharge, or sabotage growth simply because they haven’t cleared the emotional resistance around receiving.

Why Ho’oponopono Works for Money Healing

The four phrases:

  • I’m sorry – acknowledges stored fear, guilt, or scarcity

  • Please forgive me – creates space for compassion

  • Thank you – invokes trust

  • I love you – elevates your vibration and magnetism

Repeating these phrases while focusing on your money story energetically rewrites old patterns.

Owning Your Current Reality

Before transformation:
“I take 100% responsibility for not having enough money in my life right now.”

  • Accepting responsibility reclaims your power to change.

  • Combine self-reflection with Ho’oponopono for true transformation.

  • Over time, old beliefs soften, allowing new opportunities and abundance to flow.

The Meditation Practice: Step-by-Step

  1. Find a quiet space.

  2. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.

  3. Bring to mind a memory or emotion around money that feels heavy.

  4. Say aloud or silently:

    I’m sorry
    Please forgive me
    Thank you
    I love you
  5. Repeat for 5–10 minutes.

  6. Journal what came up.

  7. Practice daily. Some days you may cry, others you may feel peace. Allow all emotions.

Real Stories: From Blockage to Breakthrough

  • Wellness Coach: Hit a revenue ceiling of $5K/month. After two weeks of Ho’oponopono around childhood money shame, she reached her first $15K month.

  • Artist: Felt “unworthy” of being paid. Through Ho’oponopono and affirming “I love you” to her inner child, she opened an Etsy shop and sold out her first collection.

Energetic alignment transformed their relationship with wealth.

Reprogramming Wealth Identity Through Story

As a business storytelling coach, Neeti combines Ho’oponopono with brand identity work. Your money story often intertwines with your personal story. Clearing one allows the other to bloom.

Ask yourself:

  • What’s the earliest story I remember around money?

  • Who modeled wealth or lack for me?

  • What belief am I ready to release today?

Journal the four phrases with these memories in mind.

Integrating Ho’oponopono into Your Business

Use Ho’oponopono before:

  • Launching an offer

  • Having a sales conversation

  • Pricing your services

  • Creating content

Say the four phrases to yourself, your clients, or even your bank account. Bless money with love and neutralize fear.

Final Thoughts: Abundance is Your Birthright

Money is not just currency—it is energy. Align your inner world with trust, forgiveness, and love to attract abundance.

You are not broken. You do not need to hustle harder—you need to heal deeper.
Take a breath and whisper: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Let the wealth of your soul flow through.

The Ho’oponopono Money Prayer: An Invitation to Heal Your Financial Energy and Welcome Radical Abundance

Have you ever stood at the edge of your financial life, looking out at a landscape of constant effort, and felt a deep, unsettling whisper in your soul? The whisper that says, “No matter what I do, it’s never enough.”

You work hard. You’re intelligent and capable. You budget, you save when you can, you make responsible decisions. Yet, money behaves like water in a cupped hand—no matter how tightly you try to hold on, it inevitably finds a way to slip through your fingers.

The bills pile up with a relentless rhythm. The car breaks down. An unexpected medical bill arrives. The dream vacation, the debt-free life, the simple peace of mind that comes with a robust savings account—it all feels like a distant shore, separated from you by a vast, uncrossable sea. It’s not just about the numbers in a bank account; it’s a heavy, emotional weight you carry in your chest—a constant, low-grade anxiety that colors your days. It feels like there's an invisible, energetic wall between you and the financial flow you so deeply desire.

If this resonates with you, please know this: you are not alone, and you are not broken. I know this feeling intimately because I have lived it. The frustration, the shame of past mistakes, the quiet, desperate belief that you are fundamentally "bad with money." I carried that weight for years.

It was from this very place of exhaustion and despair that I discovered something that would not just change my finances, but would fundamentally transform my relationship with energy, responsibility, and ultimately, myself. It was a beautiful, ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation called Ho’oponopono.

The Day Everything Changed: A Lesson by the Ocean

My shift began not in a boardroom or a financial seminar, but on a windswept beach at sunset. I was fortunate to meet a wise Hawaiian elder, a woman whose eyes held the calm of the deep ocean. I found myself, almost against my will, pouring out my financial fears to her—the constant struggle, the feeling of being blocked, the fear that I would never be free.

She listened patiently, her gaze never leaving mine. When I finished, breathless and embarrassed, she simply smiled. She pointed to the ocean, to the endless, rhythmic flow of the waves.

“Child,” she said, her voice as steady as the tide, “you see the water? It is never scarce. It simply moves, from ocean to cloud to rain to river and back again. It is energy in motion. Money is no different. Money is energy. It is not your enemy… it is waiting for your love.”

Her words landed in my heart like a stone, creating ripples that would touch every part of my life. Money was waiting for my love? The concept was so foreign, so opposite to everything I had ever felt—fear, control, resentment, shame.

She invited me to sit with her on the sand. “We will speak the four phrases,” she said, “but we will not speak them to a god or to the universe in a vague way. We will speak them directly to Money itself, as if it were a beloved friend you have wronged.”

And so, with the salt spray on our skin and the sun dipping below the horizon, we began. Slowly, with love, and without judgment:

  • “I am sorry, Money.”
For the resentment I've held, for blaming you for my stress, for believing you are scarce or evil, for judging you as shallow, for every time I’ve called you “root of all evil” while secretly craving you.

  • “Please forgive me.”
For my past mistakes—the impulsive spends, the fearful hoarding, the debts ignored. For the guilt I carry that taints every transaction. For pushing you away with my negative energy while simultaneously begging you to come.

  • “Thank you.”
For every bill you’ve paid, every meal you’ve provided, every lesson you’ve taught me—even the painful ones. For the roof over my head and the shoes on my feet. For the simple fact that you exist and are a tool for exchange and creation.

  • “I love you.”
I release you from my negative energy. I cleanse our relationship. I welcome you with an open heart, free from attachment and fear. I see you as neutral, flowing energy, and I invite that flow into my life.

At first, it felt strange, even silly. My logical mind resisted. But as we repeated the phrases, a quiet and powerful thing began to happen. The heavy guilt I carried about past financial mistakes began to melt away, not as a concept, but as a physical sensation in my body. The constant, low-grade fear of not having enough started to fade, like a radio signal losing its strength. And then came the profound, heart-opening realization: Money wanted to come home to me all along. I was the one who had locked the door with my own negative, unhealed energy.

The Deeper Philosophy: Why Ho’oponopono for Money Actually Works 🌟

To understand the power of this practice, we must move beyond seeing money as mere paper and coins. Ho’oponopono is built on a foundational principle: we are 100% responsible for our reality.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about empowerment. It means that our external world is a reflection of our internal world—our memories, beliefs, and programs playing out. The "money blockages" you experience are not bad luck or a external curse; they are the physical manifestations of internal, energetic data.

Think of your mind as a computer. From childhood, you’ve been downloading "programs" about money:

  • “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”

  • “We can’t afford that.”

  • “Rich people are greedy.”

  • “It’s selfish to want more.”

  • “I’m not good with money.”

Every argument your parents had about bills, every moment of shame over a purchase, every societal message you internalized—it all created a "file" of negative energy associated with money. These files are what Ho’oponopono calls "data." When a financial trigger occurs (an unexpected bill, a job loss), it activates this old data, and we react from a place of fear, scarcity, and limitation, thus perpetuating the cycle.

Ho’oponopono is the "delete" key for this faulty data.

The Four Phrases as a Cleaning Tool:

  1. “I’m Sorry”: This is you taking responsibility. You are not apologizing for being a bad person, but acknowledging that the negative data exists within your system. "I am sorry that this program of lack is running inside me, and I am responsible for cleaning it."

  2. “Please Forgive Me”: This is not about begging a deity for pardon. It is a request to yourself, to the Divine, to the energy of Money, to sever the cord of negative energy. It’s saying, "Please help me release this. I am ready to be free from this memory."

  3. “Thank You”: Gratitude is the frequency of abundance. By saying "Thank you," even before you see the external result, you are expressing faith in the cleaning process. You are thanking your consciousness for the opportunity to heal, and you are affirming the inherent abundance of the universe.

  4. “I Love You”: This is the most powerful transmuting energy in the universe. Love melts the dense energy of fear, shame, and guilt. By sending love to the very concept of money and to the parts of yourself that feel broken, you are reprogramming your entire energetic field to resonate with attraction, not repulsion.

When we consistently practice this prayer, we are not begging the universe for wealth. We are diligently cleaning the internal pipe so that the universal flow of abundance, which is always available, can finally move through us without obstruction. We repair the relationship. We create a vacuum of peace and acceptance, and nature abhors a vacuum—abundance flows in to fill that space.

A Practical Guide to Your Daily Ho’oponopono Money Practice

Understanding the theory is one thing; integrating it is where the magic happens. This is not a one-time "fix." It is a practice, a daily hygiene for your soul, much like brushing your teeth.

1. The Foundational Prayer:
Set aside five minutes each morning and evening. Sit quietly, take a few deep breaths, and bring your awareness to your heart. You can speak aloud or whisper. Direct your words to the energy of Money.

"I am sorry, Money. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

Repeat this cycle for several minutes. Don't force a feeling. Just offer the words sincerely. The cleaning is happening at a level deeper than your conscious mind.

2. Advanced Practices for Trigger Moments:
The real power is unleashed when you use Ho’oponopono in real-time, when a financial trigger occurs.

  • When paying a bill: Instead of feeling resentment or fear, hold the bill in your hands. Say silently or aloud: "I'm sorry for any resistance I feel toward you. Please forgive me. Thank you for the service you provided (electricity, water, etc.). I love you and release you with love." Feel the shift from dread to grateful exchange.

  • When an unexpected expense arises: The moment the panic starts to rise, pause. Take a breath. Say: "I'm sorry for the fear and frustration this brings up in me. Please forgive me. Thank you for the opportunity to clean this data. I love you and trust the solution is already here."

  • When comparing yourself to others: If you see someone with financial wealth and feel a pang of jealousy or lack, clean it immediately. "I'm sorry for the jealousy I feel. Please forgive me. Thank you for showing me that abundance is possible. I love you and celebrate the abundance for all."

3. Writing as Cleansing (A Powerful Variation):
Take a notebook and title it "Ho’oponopono Money Cleaning." Write the four phrases at the top of a page. Then, freely write out all your negative thoughts and memories about money.

  • "I'm afraid I'll never get out of debt..." I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

  • "I feel so stupid for that investment I made..." I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

  • "I resent my friend for having more than me..." I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

This practice physically externalizes the data and then immediately cleans it with the phrases.

The Journey of Transformation: What to Expect

This is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It is a "get whole" journey. The financial changes are a natural byproduct of your internal shift.

  • First, you’ll feel lighter. The heavy emotional charge around money will begin to dissolve. You’ll notice you feel less anxious when checking your bank account or discussing finances.

  • Then, you’ll notice synchronicities. You’ll find a forgotten check, receive an unexpected discount, or be offered a side project. These are signs the flow is beginning to trickle through the newly cleaned pipes.

  • Your decisions will change. From a place of peace, not panic, you’ll start making wiser, more inspired financial choices. You’ll be drawn to opportunities you previously overlooked.

  • Finally, the relationship is healed. Money ceases to be a terrifying force or a worshipped idol. It becomes a neutral partner, a tool for creating a beautiful life, a friend that flows easily to and from you.

Your Invitation to Shift: Let’s Begin Together 💫

The most beautiful part of this entire process is that you can start this healing right now.

Wherever you are—at your desk, in your kitchen, on a bus—stop for just one moment. Place a hand gently on your heart. Feel the beat of life within you. And with sincerity, not force, say these words with me, directly to the spirit of Money:

I'm sorry, Money.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Did you feel it? That subtle internal shift, a slight softening in your chest, a tiny release of pressure? A quieting of the mental noise? That is the sound of the door opening. That is the feeling of a key turning in a lock that has held you captive for far too long.

This is your first, powerful step onto a new path. Repeat this prayer daily. Turn it into a gentle mantra as you drive, as you cook, as you fall asleep. Let it wash over the old, rusty parts of your psyche.

To support you on this journey and to help you immerse deeply in the healing energy of these phrases, I have created a soothing, melodic song. Music can bypass the critical mind and speak directly to the soul, amplifying the cleaning process.
